Manage Landmark Multifamily Construction Projects

Manage the full lifecycle of multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through project closeout
Lead project planning, scheduling, procurement, budgeting, and financial reporting
Drive project execution to ensure schedule milestones and budget targets are achieved
Oversee subcontractor management, contract administration, and supplier coordination
Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, consultants, and project stakeholders
Collaborate closely with Superintendents and field teams to ensure safe and efficient project delivery
Monitor project costs, forecasting, and risk management activities
Lead project meetings and communicate project updates to internal and external stakeholders
Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company procedures
Identify opportunities for value engineering and process improvement
Deliver successful project outcomes while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager
Significant experience managing multifamily construction projects, apartment developments, mixed-use projects, or large commercial developments
Strong understanding of concrete construction, structural systems, project scheduling, and construction operations
Experience managing project budgets, contracts, subcontractors, and client relationships
Proficiency with project management and construction software platforms
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
Track record of delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget
