Surgery RN - No Experience Necessary

As our Surgical Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.

Maintains current knowledge of all patient safety standards and National Patient Safety goals and consistently incorporates into nursing practice.

Uses 2 (two) separate hospital approved identifiers to safely identify the patient prior to medication / blood administration.

Adheres to principles of infection control, including medical and surgical asepsis and isolation techniques. Receive, interpret and implement physician orders in a safe and timely manner. Uses hospital approved process for telephone and / or verbal orders that include a readback of all orders.

High School Graduate Education level necessary to obtain required licensure and certifications 1 year of operating room/ surgical experience. If operational conditions permit, training a candidate without the required experience may be considered.,
