A highly respected international organization is seeking a strategic and influential HR leader to oversee workforce strategy, employee programs, organizational analytics, and HR technology initiatives across multiple countries.

Direct partnership with senior leadership.
Strong cross-functional exposure across HR, Operations, Finance, and Business Leadership.
What You’ll Be Doing: Global Workforce Strategy: Develop and execute workforce programs that support organizational growth and business objectives.
Provide market insights and recommendations that support business competitiveness.
Utilize workforce analytics and business intelligence to support executive decision-making.
Ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency across HR platforms.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
Employee Programs & Organizational Excellence: Oversee employee-focused programs designed to support engagement and business performance.
Compliance & Operational Leadership: Ensure adherence to employment regulations across multiple countries and regions.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and workforce cost planning efforts.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
What We’re Looking For: Required Experience: 5+ years of leadership experience within Human Resources, Workforce Strategy, Employee Programs, HR Operations, HR Technology, or related functions.
Strong analytical and business planning capabilities.
Experience utilizing HR technology platforms and workforce analytics.
Preferred Experience: Global enterprise, logistics, transportation, manufacturing, supply chain, or multinational business environment.
