MTC is proud to operate the Edison Job Corps Center in Edison, NJ where our staff provide quality services to our local youth. You'll be responsible for providing career technical training instruction to students in accordance with approved curricula. Provide students with direction, instruction, and assistance in designated areas of instruction. Motivate and counsel students in areas of behavior, training, personal problems, or study habits. Coordinate with counselors and staff as necessary to resolve issues affecting student training and/ or instruction. Develop and prepare lessons in accordance with approved curriculum guidelines, recommend curricula changes and supplemental materials. Maintain organized, clean, and safe training environment. Participate in student assessment panels, perform required documentation and evaluation using CIS (Center Information System) and other documentation systems.

Education and Experience Requirements:

at least 1 of which shall be in the provision of a long-term facility. Must complete a course in teaching adults or shall have experience teaching adults.
