Technical Program Manager

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Program Manager for a contract position. The ideal candidate will possess a driver mentality, demonstrate strong communication skills, and excel in a fast-paced environment. This role involves supporting open source distributed applications and cloud migration efforts, requiring collaboration with developers, client success teams, and sales stakeholders.
Support open source distributed applications and cloud migration initiatives.
Manage meetings and facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders.
Oversee operational tasks including upgrades, maintenance windows, and ticketing.
Maintain project organization and drive execution of key deliverables.
Demonstrated experience in an operations environment, including managing upgrades, maintenance, and tickets.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced setting and manage escalations.
An understanding of software engineering, big data, and/or cloud technologies is required.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage meetings and interact with various stakeholders.
