About the Role: Napoleone's Pizza House in National City, CA is looking for a passionate and skilled Pizza Cook to join our kitchen team! Come be a part of a beloved local pizza tradition and bring great food to our community every day.
Prepare and cook pizzas and menu items to order, following established recipes and quality standards
Prep ingredients including sauces, toppings, and dough on a daily basis
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen workspace
Monitor food inventory and communicate supply needs to management Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth, efficient service during peak hours
Prior experience as a pizza cook, line cook, or in a similar kitchen role preferred
Knowledge of pizza dough preparation, stretching, and baking techniques
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and consistency
Food Handler's Card or willingness to obtain one upon hire
