At Adaptiva, you won’t be working on small internal tools or incremental features - you’ll help design and build cutting-edge enterprise platforms used by Fortune 500 companies around the globe. From distributed systems and cloud infrastructure to big data pipelines, real-time analytics, and AI-powered technologies, you’ll work on massive engineering challenges with modern technologies and a highly collaborative team.

Design and develop high-performance, scalable, multi-threaded software systems.

Build new products and features from early concept through production deployment.

Solve complex engineering problems involving distributed systems, data processing, scalability, performance optimization, LLMs, and AI.

Write clean, maintainable, and production-quality code.

Collaborate closely with engineering, product, customer success, and leadership teams to shape product direction and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Work directly with customers to understand real-world use cases and influence future product capabilities.

Contribute to architecture discussions, technical strategy, and engineering best practices.

Mentor teammates, share ideas, and help foster a strong engineering culture built on innovation and continuous learning.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of professional software development experience with Java.
• Strong foundations in algorithms, data structures, object-oriented design, and concurrent programming.
• Experience building multi-threaded or asynchronous applications.
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for modern technologies including AWS, Azure, Kafka, Hadoop, Apache Spark, Apache Ignite, and AI-driven systems.
• The annual base salary range for this position is $120,000 – $135,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
