Position Summary Weekend Start‑of‑Care (SOC) Admissions RN - Home Health (PRN / PPV) Puget Sound Home Health and Hospice - Medicare 5‑Star Agency Puget Sound Home Health and Hospice is committed to exceptional care, ethical practice, and our Core Values of CAPLICO. We are seeking a Weekend SOC Admissions RN to support our growing Home Health team in Pierce and King County!
At least two SOCs per shift
Up to 5-6 SOCs per weekend
No hourly requirement
Mileage reimbursement
Requirements Current WA RN license
1+ year clinical nursing experience in a Home Health agency
Essential Duties Complete weekend Start‑of‑Care admissions
Establish the initial Plan of Care
Coordinate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
