This is NOT a traditional staff PT position. The right clinician will have the opportunity to develop into a Clinic Director role within approximately 6 months.

We are continuing to grow aggressively throughout the Maryland market and are looking for clinicians who want to grow WITH us.
From orthopedic rehab and dry needling to fitness-forward recovery and performance-based care, our team believes physical therapy should help patients move better, feel stronger, and live healthier long-term.
What You’ll Do:
Evaluate and treat orthopedic patients
Deliver high-quality, patient-first care
Collaborate with an energetic, growth-minded team
Support wellness and fitness-forward programming
Help drive an incredible patient experience
Develop leadership and operational skills alongside current leadership
Who We’re Looking For:
Licensed Physical Therapist in Maryland (or eligible)
Positive, motivated, team-oriented clinician
