Warehouse Worker
This hands-on warehouse role focuses on accurately packaging and palletizing customer orders, organizing inventory, and ensuring all shipments are properly labeled and ready for distribution. Responsibilities

Package customer orders accurately and efficiently according to established standards.
Palletize completed orders following specific shipping and handling requirements.
Label orders clearly and correctly to ensure proper identification and shipment.
Organize, store, and maintain inventory in designated warehouse areas.
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe by following housekeeping guidelines.
Follow company procedures and safety guidelines at all times while performing tasks.
Assist with general warehouse duties as needed to support daily operations.
Remain on your feet throughout the shift to perform physical, hands-on work.
Essential Skills

Ability to perform packaging and general labor tasks in a warehouse environment.
Strong attention to detail when labeling packages and handling inventory.
Capability to stand on your feet for the entire shift.
Reliability and consistency in following company procedures and safety guidelines.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, machine shop and warehouse setting.
Additional Skills & Qualifications

Previous warehouse experience is a strong plus.
Experience with order picking and inventory organization is beneficial.
Comfort working around industrial equipment such as CNC machines.

Work Environment
This position is based in a machine shop and warehouse environment that houses over 60 CNC machines and related equipment. You will work on a swing shift from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with daily overtime opportunities. The role requires being on your feet throughout the shift and performing hands-on tasks in an active production and distribution setting. The facility maintains structured safety and operational standards, and adherence to these guidelines is strictly enforced to ensure a safe and orderly workplace.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Vista, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
