Conduct comprehensive evaluations for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients through standardized assessments and careful observations.

Craft individualized therapy plans that cater to immediate goals as well as the long-term communication, cognitive, or swallowing needs of your patients.

Deliver personalized speech therapy sessions targeting communication, language, fluency, voice clarity, and swallowing techniques.

Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physical and occupational therapists, nursing staff, physicians, caregivers, and family members to create integrated care strategies.

Participate in the occasional inpatient speech therapy evaluations and interventions, ensuring seamless care throughout the patient's journey.

Maintain detailed and timely documentation that complies with state, federal, and organizational policies.

Continue professional development through ongoing education and engaging with peers in your field.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

State licensure as a Speech Language Therapist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Expertise in evidence-based therapy approaches for various age groups with a strong grounding in both developmental and acquired communication and swallowing disorders.

Familiarity with electronic medical records and documentation practices.
