Responsibilities

Accurately and efficiently enters orders into pharmacy computer.
Monitors for appropriate and rational drug therapy.
Provides all drug distribution activities, (order entry, dispensing, checking) for all patient populations.
Accurately enters orders for intravenous admixtures, chemotherapy, and total parenteral nutrition for all patient populations.
Provides drug information to all nursing units/clinical staff utilizing reference materials and internet resources.
Qualifications

B.S. Pharmacy
New York State Pharmacy License
Hospital pharmacy experience preferred
Posted Salary Range
USD $63.00 - USD $82.80 /Hr.
