Part-Time Receptionist - 1st Shift

As Receptionist you will be the first point-of-contact for customers vendors and business partners visiting or calling our Corporate Offices.
Hours : Part-Time: Tuesday Wednesday Thursday 8am-5pm
Operate telephone switchboard to answer screen or forward calls providing information taking messages or scheduling appointments.
Contact individuals to inform them of telephone calls using interoffice communication equipment or email
Perform various data entry or word processing tasks such as updating phone directories
Route emergency and routine calls appropriately.
Travel Required: No
Office : Office Temperature (65F to 75F)

Special Skills : Must be familiar with data entry and be acquainted with Microsoft Office Programs (Basic Level Proficiency required in Outlook Excel Word).

1-2 : Customer service related work experience required preferably in a receptionist position. Knowledge and experience with multi-phone line system.
