Paid Time Off Benefits: 9 paid company holidays, eligible for 11 days paid vacation time and an additional 2 personal choice paid days in your first full year.

Expected hourly range of $29.49 to $32.77 , varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k). In addition to your hourly wage, this role has additional earning potential through voluntary overtime and task work opportunities dependent on business need.

Perform a variety of job duties related to general residential home repairs and aesthetic modifications, not limited to but including drywall repairs, carpentry and painting.

Works independently or under direct supervision, applying established procedures to accomplish assigned tasks.

Performs clerical duties necessary to complete job work orders.

Maintains proper truck stock and equipment maintenance.

Work independently in making needed repairs or modifications of drywall applications, framing applications, and/or painting applications.

Assists in other advanced applications of repairs or modifications.

5 years of work experience, or a combination of work and accredited trade or vocational training in basic carpentry, and general home repair procedures

• Demonstrated knowledge of the use of tools and materials related to the modifications of residential home repairs
• Demonstrates skills in customer relations

Knowledge and hands-on experience in the field of carpentry
