• Job Summary*

We are seeking several dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our healthcare team in the Med-Surg/Telemetry department on the 3rd shift. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of physiology and anatomy, with experience in medical-surgical nursing and dementia care. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care, conducting physical examinations, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Responsibilities*
• Conduct thorough physical examinations and assessments of patients.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions and care plans.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with healthcare standards.
• Qualifications*
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical-surgical nursing practices.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality protocols.
• Proficient in performing physical examinations, gastric lavage, and suturing techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
• Compassionate approach to patient care with strong problem-solving skills.
