CNC Lathe Programmer / Setup & Operator - 1st Shift
West Side of Cleveland | Monday-Friday | 6:30 AM-3:00 PM

We're looking for a CNC Lathe Programmer, Setup & Operator who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and taking ownership of the machining process. If you thrive in a small-team environment where you can wear multiple hats and help drive production success, we'd love to hear from you!
Program, set up, and operate CNC lathes with Fanuc controls
Read blueprints and create programs directly from prints (no significant CAM programming)
Produce precision parts while maintaining quality standards
Perform inspections using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools
Record dimensions on inspection sheets
Support and mentor fellow machine operators to maximize productivity
3-5+ years of CNC machining experience (5+ years of programming preferred)
- Strong experience programming Fanuc-controlled CNC lathes
- Experience in a short-run, high-mix manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Monday-Friday, 1st Shift (6:30 AM-3:00 PM)
Occasional overtime opportunities
