RN Medical Surgery NIGHTS

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Medical Surgical unit, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes through assessment, planning, and intervention. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe and efficient care during night shifts.

Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.

Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.

Document patient information accurately in electronic health records.

Float to other Medical Surgical units as needed to support staffing.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and facility protocols.

Hold a current nursing license or be eligible for license verification.

Demonstrate at least 2 years of recent Medical Surgical RN experience.

Ability to adapt to floating between units and work night shifts.

Be willing to submit all RTO requests with application.

Prioritize patient safety and quality care.
