The Matrimonial Attorney will handle a full caseload of family and matrimonial law matters, including divorce, separation agreements, child custody, child support, spousal support, and equitable distribution. Day-to-day responsibilities include client consultations, case assessment, drafting pleadings and motions, preparing and reviewing agreements, conducting discovery, and representing clients at court appearances, conferences, and hearings. The attorney will negotiate settlements, collaborate with colleagues and support staff, and maintain detailed case files and documentation. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nassau, NY, requiring regular in-person interaction with clients, court personnel, and firm staff. Admission to practice law in New York State and in good standing with the bar.

Experience in matrimonial and family law, including litigation, negotiation, and settlement of divorce and related matters.

Strong legal research, writing, and drafting skills for pleadings, motions, briefs, and agreements.
