Senior Bookkeeper - Full Time

We are seeking a remote Senior Bookkeeper with significant real estate accounting and Client facing experience, ideally leveraging AppFolio software. In this position you will be the main contact for our Clients, help oversee & manage the monthly bookkeeping, and ensure accuracy across a portfolio of Clients.
Complete bank reconciliations, accounts payables, and accounts receivables
New property set up, move-outs, owner draws, management fees
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
2+ years overall experience in real estate accounting/finance, ideally at an accounting firm working on real estate clients or directly at a real estate investment/development company
Strong English verbal and written skills as you will be one of the points of contact for the clients
You have experience managing multiple clients/projects at once
You have real estate experience outside of accounting
You have prior 'Big 4' or related work experience
You 'know enough to be dangerous' when it comes to real estate tax implications
Location and schedule This is a virtual (remote), full-time role available only to candidates located in Mexico and/or Colombia
