Registered Nurse - Operating Room
Schedule
Days - 8 Hour Shifts: This job is for 5-8 hour day shifts, 7 AM to 3:30 PM, with some possible late days.
Assignment Details
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
Contract Weeks: 13
Requirements
Active and Clear RN License
BLS Certification
Minimum 2 years of OR experience
EPIC EMR experience
Responsibilities
Provide patient care in the operating room during surgical procedures.
Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure smooth operation flow.
Monitor patient vital signs and condition before, during, and after surgery.
Assist in the preparation of the operating room, including sterile setup.
Educate patients and families regarding surgical procedures and post-operative care.
Document patient information and care activities accurately in the medical record.
