Managing Lead Counsel

BARNES & THORNBURG LLP seeks a Counsel to lead and manage complex product liability and mass tort settlements from initial negotiations through final resolution. You will coordinate with Partners, plaintiffs’ counsel, and internal teams to structure settlements, allocate claims, resolve liens, and govern settlement funds.
