Shift: Day Shift, 12-hour shifts
Hours/Week: 36 hours/week
Employment Type: Contract/Temporary
License/Certs: Active RN license in Louisiana
Experience: Minimum 2 years of pediatric or ICU nursing experience
Pay & Benefits
Hourly Pay Rate: $71.28

Provide high-quality, patient-centered care within the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit
Assess patient condition and develop personalized care plans
Effectively communicate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
Delegate and supervise nursing staff and ancillary team members
Utilize data and clinical information to evaluate patient outcomes and improve care
Ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies and hospital policies
Promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for patients and staff
What You Need
Required:

Current Louisiana RN license
BLS, PALS, and CPI certifications
Minimum two years of relevant pediatric or ICU nursing experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency with electronic health records and clinical documentation systems
Preferred:

Certification in a clinical specialty area
Additional experience in pediatric critical care
