Utility/Dishwasher (Full & Part Time)

Dishwasher/Utility Position
Givens Estates, a non-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community, is looking for a Part Time and Full Time Dishwasher/Utility position to help support our Independent Living Dining team. The primary purpose of your position is to be flexible and knowledgeable in the areas of the dish room, stock, cleaning, and sanitation of equipment and food preparation.
The schedule for the PT position would be Fridays and Saturdays from 2PM to 9PM and Sundays from 8AM to 6:30PM. The schedule for the FT position would be generally 5 days per week working from 11AM to 8PM.
What you'll do:

Ensure all dish room equipment is in good working condition
Complete all opening and closing duties as assigned
Maintain clean working environment
Sweep & mop area on a daily basis to maintain required sanitary standards
Checks in stock by physically comparing the invoice to the product and checks for appropriate temperatures, correct products, mispicks, and damage to shipments
Perform any other duties and/or tasks that may be assigned on an as-needed basis by an authorized supervisor
What you'll need:

Prefer on-the-job three (3) months of supervised training
Working knowledge of sanitary standards related to food handling and preparation
Must know or have the ability to handle and operate equipment in assigned area
Compensation for this position will be $17.50 - $19.00/hour, based on experience.
