What You’ll Lead
As one of our Service Managers, you’ll oversee:

Service Drive Traffic and Flow
Customer Interaction with Advisors
Active Deliveries
NPS and CSI
Marketing to Existing and New Clientele
Processes and Performance Improvement
We’re Looking For Someone Who

Has successful Service Manager or Assistant Service Manager experience
Understands fixed operations
Knows how to improve Advisor Performance
Has a proven record of increasing customer satisfaction and retention
Leads by Example and Inspires others
Communicates with Professionalism and Integrity
Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Is committed to continuous improvement
Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain top talent
