Inspire and develop staff through clear expectations, coaching, and professional growth.

Drive enrollment through community connections, partnerships, and events.

Ensure operational and fiscal health, balancing high-quality programming with smart management.

Build strong relationships with students, families, and staff to create a dynamic and supportive school culture.

Bachelor’s degree required; 3-5 years of successful school leadership experience.

Experience managing a budget, financial reporting, and tracking specific metric performance.

Passion for alternative education and supporting diverse learners.

Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
