What You’ll Do As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you’ll play a key role in outpatient therapy, sports medicine, and physical rehabilitation. Working under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, you’ll help patients recover from orthopaedic injuries, post-surgical procedures, and musculoskeletal conditions.

Documenting each visit with treatment notes, progress updates, and patient assessments.

Guiding patients through gait training and mobility exercises.

Serving as a clinical instructor and mentor for PTA students.

Supporting the therapy team and clinic operations as needed.

About You We’re looking for a PTA who is passionate about patient care, orthopaedics, and rehabilitation. Someone who thrives in a fast‑paced outpatient therapy setting and finds purpose in helping patients get back to living their best lives.

Required Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.

Compassionate, patient-focused, and motivated to help people achieve their rehab goals.

Preferred Experience (a plus, not required) Outpatient orthopaedic or sports medicine therapy experience.
