About the Position
TravelNurseSource is working with Malone Healthcare to find a qualified Telemetry RN in Asheville, North Carolina, 28801!
Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care on a Med/Telemetry Spine unit in an acute care hospital setting
Monitor and interpret telemetry readings, identifying and responding to changes in patient condition
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
Document patient assessments, care delivered, and clinical outcomes accurately and in a timely manner
Required Qualifications

Active RN license valid in North Carolina or a compact state
Minimum of 2 years of RN experience, with background in Med/Telemetry or a related specialty
Current BLS certification required
Ability to interpret and respond to telemetry monitoring
Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience on a spine or orthopedic unit
Experience in a high-volume or Level II trauma center environment
Familiarity with Magnet-designated hospital standards and practices
