Showroom Coordinator/Receptionist
Monday - Friday 4:30-8:00pm Every Saturday 8:30-6:00pm Approx 27 hours per week (Must be available these hours)
We are seeking a friendly and organized Showroom Coordinator/Receptionist to join our team at Dan Cummins Chevrolet Buick of Paris. This role is essential in creating a positive first impression for our customers and providing excellent administrative support to our staff. Greet and welcome customers and visitors in a professional, courteous manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly (Low call volume)
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Assist with general administrative duties as assigned
Coordinate communication between departments and customers
Image documents as needed
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
Proficient with phone systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Competitive pay at $14.00 per hour, paid weekly
