Client/Customer Support Rep
VCA Animal Hospitals
We're not just looking for someone to answer phones - we're looking for someone who genuinely cares. This is a part-time role (23 days per week) for someone who wants to be part of a team that is passionate about helping pets as well as the people who love them.
If you bring the passion, desire to learn, and willingness to help, we will provide the training.
Our schedule is flexible Monday through Saturday, but right now we are particularly looking for support on weekdays.
Customer service functions, including greeting visitors, answering telephones, and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms
Answering questions regarding products and services, including educating clients on general animal husbandry and non-medical pet care (i.e., Managing medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence
At least one year of proven past experience helping customers
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
and be exposed to hazards associated with pets such as allergies, contagious diseases, noise, odors, bites, scratches, and animal waste
