Fabrication Machinist- Second Shift

Position Overview dormakaba is seeking a 2nd Shift (2:00PM - 10:30PM) Machinist II based in Indianapolis, IN. The Machinist II will perform machine setups, tool changes, and make adjustments as necessary.
HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Hourly Salary $23hr. - $shift differential. Mandatory overtime may be required as needed. (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) $2,000 Sign-on Bonus (details provided during interview)
Follow operation instructions; Monitor and maintain equipment safely, load stock as required, keep the work area clean and organized, and empty scrap hoppers as needed.
Document and inspect quality of work per Quality Assurance Inspection Procedure (QAIP)
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to perform advanced quality inspections

Must have near & far visual acuity with or without correction
Must also be able to effectively communicate within a manufacturing environment
Must have the ability to maneuver in a manufacturing facility
SAP or Enterprise system knowledge
Documented manufacturing education/training
Experience in applying similar quality control concepts
Computer proficiency
