Our team located in Sarasota, Florida prides themselves on their collaborative culture that integrates a variety of medical and surgical cases (Orthopedic Surgeries), while supporting you in your professional aspirations.

Full time W2 doctors looking for a location change, a change of pace, or are looking to be reenergized.

Relief doctors looking for a little more stability without the full time leash.

Seasoned veterinarians looking to slow down without stepping away – keeping clinical skills sharp while traveling, mentoring younger teams, or finding renewed energy in the profession.

A doctor who wants flexibility to travel or ability to 'try before you buy' without the leash of a noncompete.

Housing, Travel and Onboarding Supported: Travel costs and short-term housing are covered with our monthly stipend. Strong Compensation & Benefits: Competitive daily rate pay that reflects your experience. No need to set up your own LLC or work through a third party relief agency, you'll be paid as a W2 employee, which can help to simplify your lift during tax season. This role is designed for veterinarians who want to practice medicine—not manage spreadsheets.
