PERIOPERATIVE REGISTERED NURSE - FULL TIME POSITION

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join an Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC) in the Operating Room (OR) setting.

Key responsibilities
include working in a primary nursing area, collaborating with team members, assisting with patient turnover, and coordinating pre-admission assessments via telephone.

Qualifications
require at least one year of recent OR experience, with consideration given to candidates with Interventional Radiology experience. A high school diploma or GED is mandatory, along with a current RN licensure. Preferably, candidates will hold an Associate's or Bachelor's degree.

Skills and knowledge
needed include a thorough understanding of RN roles, ability to prioritize and organize workloads, adapt care based on patient age, interpret patient information, and proficiency in telephone screening and interviewing.

This role offers full-time hours in a facility performing procedures such as ophthalmology, pain management, and podiatry, with no weekend or major holiday work, and no call responsibilities.
