We're partnering with a dynamic organization in the McLean area that is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to support a high-volume, fast-paced environment. This is a temporary opportunity with an immediate need, offering a mix of in-office and remote work.
About the Role: This position will support full-cycle recruiting across a range of roles, including both general and more complex positions. Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer for a variety of roles
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and timelines
Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate records in the ATS
Support recruiting projects and process improvements as needed
3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced or corporate environment
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and shifting priorities
- Temporary
