Full Charge Bookkeeper - Gwinnett
Who: Dynamic $3 million in revenue hospitality services industry
What: Full-Charge Bookkeeper who can be client facing
Where: Gwinnett
When: Immediate need
Why: This is a newly created position to support the company's growth. Looking for the right personality who can contribute to the overall success of the business in accounting while supporting the sales and marketing effort.
Responsibilities:
Financial Statements
Reconcile monthly bank statements
Record necessary journal entries and prepare financial statements and supporting schedules
Transactional accounting: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, and Collections, Payroll, Benefits
Reconcile quarterly tax reports to the general ledger accounts payable
Responsible for coding, entering and paying corporate bills
Employee hiring and termination administration
Provide sales support
Qualifications
- Degree in accounting, CPA preferred
- 5+ years of experience
- SalesForce and QuickBooks preferred
- Outgoing personality to support sales effort
- 40-hour work week (Will consider part time)
Salary
$55k - $60k
