Outside Sales Representative Post-Tension | Dallas, TX

Barnsco, a leading supplier of concrete construction materials and post-tension solutions, is seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to grow business throughout the Dallas market. This role is responsible for developing new business, cultivating long-term customer relationships, securing project opportunities, and supporting contractors, builders, engineers, and distributors with post-tension, rebar, and concrete construction solutions.

Prospect and develop new business both residential and commercial through jobsite visits, networking, referrals, and cold calling.

Build and maintain relationships with concrete contractors, builders, engineers, and construction professionals.

Obtain project plans, identify upcoming opportunities, and position Barnsco solutions early in the sales cycle.

Manage customer accounts from project bid through completion while driving revenue growth and market share.

Provide product recommendations, pricing, and technical support for post-tension and concrete reinforcing products.

Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Inside Sales to ensure successful project execution.

Maintain an active pipeline and execute a strategic territory growth plan.

3+ years of outside sales experience

• Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills
• Experience managing territories and customer pipelines
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
