Shift Production Picker / Packer

Picker / Packer – Carlsbad, CAWe are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Picker/Packers to support warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. This position is responsible for accurately picking, packing, labeling, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining quality and productivity standards.Responsibilities:Pick products according to customer orders and packing instructions.Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment.Verify product quantities, part numbers, and order accuracy.Inspect products for quality and report any issues or discrepancies.Operate handheld scanners or inventory systems as needed.Maintain accurate inventory counts and follow warehouse procedures.Assemble boxes, apply labels, and prepare shipping materials.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.Follow safety guidelines, company procedures, and quality standards.Meet daily production and accuracy goals.Assist with receiving, stocking, and general warehouse duties as needed.Qualifications:Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or fulfillment experience preferred.Ability to read and follow written instructions.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.Ability to lift and move materials as required.Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred Skills:Experience with RF scanners or inventory systems.Shipping and receiving experience.Experience in e-commerce, distribution, or manufacturing environments.
