Experience: 1 year of experience in a Medsurg floor in a hospital setting
Must-Have: Home care experience and background in home health

Home Health Registered Nurse is required to manage a caseload of approximately 30 patients.
Daily visits include start of care, recertifications, and regular visits.
Clinical support is available 24/7 for emergencies or from 8 AM to 5 PM for regular inquiries.
Shifts involve five 8-hour shifts, including weekend rotations based on staff availability.
Holiday rotation participation is expected.
The charting system utilized is Homecare Homebase (HCHB).
