Pay Rate: $28/hour
Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00am-6:00pm

What You'll Do

Collect blood specimens through venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, and geriatric collections
Accurately label, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing
Verify patient demographics and obtain required patient signatures to ensure specimen accuracy
Perform clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing according to established procedures
Maintain accurate records and documentation while ensuring confidentiality of patient information
Travel between patient service centers and physician offices as needed to provide coverage
Create a safe, professional, and welcoming environment for patients and clients
Work independently while meeting productivity, quality, and service expectations
What We're Looking For

A current, up-to-date resume
High school diploma or equivalent required
Three years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
Minimum two years of Patient Service Center experience preferred
Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
Phlebotomy certification preferred
Strong customer service and patient communication skills
Keyboard and data entry experience
Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between locations as needed
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, overtime, on-call schedules, and varying hours based on business needs
Ability to meet compliance requirements
