Administrative Professional (part-time or full-time)

Credit Card Reports/Verification/Reversals Auditing & Process Certified Payments, and other financial transactions Audit Unpaid Vouchers Create & Process Daily Deposit Mail out of Letters to Un-cleared Check Holders Bank Reconciliation Exceptions Deposit of Overage Funds Process Change Requests Maintain Financial Records Retention/Scanning Assist in Processing Collections/Compliance Copier meter readings Assist in special projects as assigned by County Clerk Track and deposit Travis Events Committee funds Perform other duties as assigned
High School Diploma/GED required; Minimum of one (1) year of clerical experience including cash handling and customer service; Prior experience working in a financial capacity.
Strong computer and data entry skills.
Overtime may be required.
STARTING SALARY: $15.30 hourly, Up to 29 hours per week
