We are looking for experienced, responsible, and hardworking Baristas to join our team at Uniqlo Coffee's first U.You will play a key role in crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining store operations, and ensuring a welcoming environment for customers. Responsibilities: Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages. Deliver excellent customer service by engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Uphold company standards for beverage and food preparation. Perform daily equipment checks and report maintenance needs. Handle cash transactions accurately. Guide and train new hires to maintain service and quality standards. Comply with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Required Skills & Qualifications: Previous experience as a Barista (minimum 1 year). Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and sanitation regulations. Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Basic math and computer skills. Strong ability to assess and meet customer preferences.
