We are seeking a friendly, customer-focused Barista to join our team and help create exceptional coffee experiences. The ideal candidate will be passionate about coffee and customer service, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and committed to delivering consistently high-quality beverages and service.
Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages to customer specifications
Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment
Take customer orders, handle cash and card transactions, and ensure accuracy
Provide exceptional customer service, including answering questions and making recommendations
Restock inventory, including coffee beans, milk, syrups, and bakery items
Follow all company policies and procedures
Previous experience in a café or customer service role is preferred but not required
Basic math and cash handling skills
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Frequent reaching, bending, and handling of hot beverages and equipment
