Litigation Paralegal - Remote/Hourly

One is pleased to be partnering with a cutting-edge technology corporation headquartered in Austin in their search for a Temporary Litigation Paralegal. This visionary company is looking for a skilled litigation paralegal to provide assistance during high stakes litigation including assisting with discovery and eDiscovery workflows, preparing for hearings and trial. Draft pleadings and motions and file them with the court via e-filing
Coordinate document collection from internal systems
Organize exhibits, documents, evidence, briefs and appendices
Manage document review platforms, including Relativity and Logikcull
Proven working experience as a litigation paralegal
Applicable knowledge of motions, discovery, evidence, litigation documentation, court rules and procedures and practices
Strong writing and communication skills along with attention to detail

Work is generally performed sitting, talking, hearing, and typing
This is a high-volume screen-based role, requiring constant, prolonged computer usage, including but not limited to: reviewing documents, managing visual content, and attending virtual meetings
Visual acuity required for computer use, data analysis, and extended reading
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing and document handling
