Direct Support Professional (DSP):
As a Direct Support Professional, you’ll provide hands-on care, guidance, and encouragement to adults with autism in a residential home setting. Every day is different, and every day gives you the chance to make a lasting difference.
In this role, you will:
Support residents with daily living skills and personal care
Assist with medication administration and health-related needs
Help create structure, routine, and a positive home environment
Encourage independence, communication, and community engagement
Build meaningful relationships with residents and your team
Contribute to the day-to-day operations of the residential home

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED (diploma/transcripts required)
Must be at least 20 years old
Valid New Jersey driver’s license
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
Ability to interact respectfully and professionally with individuals with autism
Must successfully complete all required background screenings, including:
Central Registry
DMV check
Fingerprinting
Drug screening
Physical and PPD
