In this role, you’ll work closely with individuals in their homes and out in the community, helping them live more independently and achieve their personal goals.

Your day-to-day may include:

• Supporting individuals with daily routines and essential life skills

• Assisting with personal care, meal preparation, and organization

• Accompanying individuals to community activities, appointments, and outings

• Encouraging social interaction, confidence, and independence

• Ensuring a safe, structured, and positive environment

• Recording services accurately using required electronic systems

• Staying in communication with families and the care team

• Flexible scheduling that works around your life (full-time, part-time, per diem)

• Assignments close to home across New Jersey

We’re looking for dependable, caring individuals who are ready to make a difference.

To qualify, you should:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Be able to complete all required hiring clearances and screenings

• Have (or be willing to obtain) CPR and First Aid certification

• Have reliable transportation for getting to assigned cases

• Bring a positive attitude, patience, and a strong sense of responsibility

• Experience is a plus, but not required—we provide guidance and support

You’ll provide support in both residential and community settings, depending on individual needs.
Shifts are available during the day, evenings, and weekends to match your availability.
