Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Per Diem / Flexible Schedule
New Jersey

A growing NJ-based provider is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings.

What You’ll Do
Provide direct support based on each individual’s needs and goals, including:

• Assisting with daily living skills and routines

• Supporting community participation and social engagement

• Encouraging independence in a safe and respectful environment

• Completing required documentation and progress notes

• Working closely with families and team members to provide quality support

What We’re Looking For

• Compassionate, reliable, and professional

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and responsibly

• Experience in DSP, caregiving, or human services is a plus, but not required

• Must be able to complete required background checks and training
