Project Manager:
The Project Manager is accountable for managing moderate size and complexity strategic account project orders (customer, affiliate, recall, etc.), The Project Manager role is instrumental in mobilizing, managing, and reporting on service deployments for key strategic customers.

Conducts pre-project meetings with client's local POC and ensures project goals are established

• Plans/coordinates travel and access to the site
• Completes project controls sheet on a weekly basis to ensure budgets are met
• Delivers post-project reports to client's POC at conclusion of projects
• Engages with new hires in OTJ training until competency is met
• 100% completion of required Talent LMS based training courses as assigned
• Project team lead or management experience to achieve improved results, measured through increased customer satisfaction and increased project profitability

Understanding of subcontractor management, project financials, and risk mitigation
Technical understanding and communication to peers/management and client POCs
Experience coordinating and developing sequence of operations and like documents as required to support execution team
Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment, up to 40lbs.
Ability to climb ladders and multiple flights of stairs to access elevated equipment
Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and reach for equipment related tasks
Ability to differentiate between color-coded warning signs, labels, and cables
Ability to work in environments with a wide variety temperature inside a facility
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including extreme temperatures, rain, or snow
Possession of a valid driver's license for work-related travel, as required
Travel Opportunities:
This role offers exciting travel opportunities to travel within the United States to various Data Center locations. Travel requirements will vary depending on client's needs and project demands. Work related travel expenses, including airfare, lodging, and per diem, will be provided.
