Come join the Evergreen Restaurant Group/Italian Restaurant Group, a franchisee of Outback Steakhouse, as a Server where you will make memorable first and last impressions with all your customers. You will support our commitment to bringing the best of who we are to deliver perfectly tailored service to each and every guest.
As a Server, you'll help to provide each customer with an awesome dining experience in the restaurant, that makes each guests day better. The Server is also responsible for:

Efficiently managing assigned table section including the pace and experience of each Guest following our hospitality standards
Proper use of all Point of Sale equipment
Using food and beverage menu knowledge to share favorites and provide recommendations Anticipating needs, processing Guests orders, and taking payment in a hospitable, timely manner.

We start with indulging each customer like a guest in our own home. This restaurant is independently owned and operated by a licensed Franchisee. Any information you provide will be submitted directly to the Franchisee who is solely responsible for making employment decisions for the franchised location.
