Compensation: $70,520+ ($50,000 base + $7,000 COLA + $284/wk guarantee) + weekly commission after training

Recruiter Trainee (first 3 months): $25 per hour

Recruiter I (after training): $50,000 base salary + Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA) of $X,000 + $284/wk guarantee + Weekly Commission
