CPA/Senior Tax Preparer

Brand new Tax Associate / Senior Tax Associate with a diversified real estate investment, development, and asset management company.
They're a well-established global real estate platform - the culture is entrepreneurial, collaborative, and offers strong visibility to senior leadership.
Prepare and review partnership tax returns (Form 1065) and related K-1s for complex real estate partnerships, funds, and joint ventures.
Prepare individual tax returns for firm principals and support a broad range of federal, state, and local tax compliance activities.
Assist with multi-state filings, PTET elections, composite returns, estimated payments, and investor tax reporting.
Maintain tax workpapers, basis calculations, capital account reconciliations, tax estimates, refunds, and credits across numerous entities.
Gain exposure to NYC RPIE filings, tax research, notice responses, and coordination with external CPA firms.
Partner closely with accounting, acquisitions, legal, and investor relations teams on tax-related projects and transactions.
Report directly to the Director of Tax and work on a wide variety of real estate and investment structures.
In-office Monday through Thursday, work from home Fridays
