Sierra Circuit serves all industries including aerospace, defense, medical, automotive, and telecommunications, building PCBs to the highest industry standards, and keeping innovation at the forefront of everything we do.The Maintenance & Facilities Technician is responsible for performing a variety of routine and emergency maintenance to all Sierra Circuits, Inc. facilities and equipment as directed by the Maintenance & Faculties Manager.Conduct periodic inspections on assigned equipment according to the Preventive Maintenance Schedule (ISO Form 11-01-01-B).Perform preventative maintenance work on equipment and machinery to prevent breakdowns, costly repairs, and the development of unsafe conditions.Promptly respond to and complete job requisitions according to request forms and submit to the Maintenance & Facilities Manager.Research, order, and prepare spare parts needed with the most cost-effective solution.Report any potential problems to the Maintenance & Facilities Manager.Perform daily housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe work environment.Be available for emergency maintenance.May be required to operate a forklift.Other duties as assignedQualifications:High school diploma, AA degree in related field preferred.2-5 years' experience in the following trades: general building maintenance, electricity, carpentry and plumbing.Previous hands-on experience with electrical/mechanical tools and test instruments.Must have a professional demeanor and good customer service skills with a sense of urgency.Ability to operate a forklift if needed.Valid driver's license required and clean driving record requiredHourly Rate Range: $25.00 - $28.00 per hourWhat We Offer:Full - Time, non-exempt positionExcellent benefits package includes; Medical (HMO & PPO), Dental, Vision, Flexible Spending Accounts, Basic Life/ADD, Voluntary BenefitsVacation, sick and paid holidays
